Pre-order Ghostbusters, get shirt and exclusive DLC photo

Gamestop has revealed its obligatory pre-order bonus for Atari's Ghostbusters, and it's actually pretty snazzy. If you order the game through the nefarious retail giant, you can get your hands on a T-shirt and a piece of exclusive in-game content. Not too shabby.

The game content comes in the form of a Ghostbusters 2 flight suit, "updates your ghost busting look for the rigorous fashion standards of 1991, is more breathable than ever, and makes a statement of individuality without saying a word." The T-shirt is actually pretty cool, too.

Say what you want about Gamestop, they give good bonus.

Is this "exclusive" DLC really exclusive though, so many times games have been advertised as coming with exclusive DLC, then suddenly it's on XBL Marketplace or PSN 2 weeks later.

T-shirts don't do it for me considering they inevitably aren't ever my size. This game is a must have though, so I'll probably pre-order regardless and give the shirt to one of my bros. The DLC sounds pointless, but it may end up looking cool...

Any word on a similar deal here in Britain? Or is eBay after release my sole option?

The ghostbusters on the T-shirt looks kind of ugly and plain, but you gotta love the proton pack guns, sooo shiny...

Okay, so if I preorder the game I get a skin that reminds me of a movie that I want to forget? And I get a crappy looking T-Shirt too?! Holy shit if this only came with Jaws 3 on DVD I'd be set!

Sorry Gamestop but that shirt is ugly to anyone over the age of 12.

Shirt is decent but clearly aimed at kids, and the exclusive DLC isn't all that bad but its not making me run out and order it just yet. I'll hang back a bit and see what others offer. Maybe amazon will do some ultimate preorder where you get a lifesize replica proton pack or something, similar to the gears 2 preorder they did with the full size lancer.

Well gamers are a whiny lot, always have been.

This is cool, I was gonna pre-order anyway but this is a cool bonus.

Yeah, cool shirt...
Except they're always size XL and printed onto cheap, cardboard-feeling shirts... =(
So, what's the point?
They should just let you choose a damn size?
I'm looking forward to this game!
Don't cross the streams!

I don't care how crappy this shirt is, I'm pre-ordering this game and I'll gladly take whatever else they'll give me.

They totally do. But I'm too fat to wear the shirts so there... :p

Actually I think around this time LAST year my gamestop got a classy work polo with the GhostBusters insignia stitched in. Dude, It'd be sweet to get another one of those.

Classy indeed. My favorite part, however, was the ECTO-1 license plate Activision sent along with the press kit.

Anyhow, the new shirt should be reason enough for me to grab a pre-order. Normally I despise tees that have giant action scenes on the front (reminds me of old school wrestling shirts for some reason), but for the price of free I think I can deal with it.
