no way, i strongly dislike guitar hero but i love psychonauts and also metal. this is a game that looks great and appeals to my metal goofball sensibilities. plus it has lemmy from motorhead. why are you such a sour puss? no hugs as a little kid-kid?
I think what Grim meant was that the demo comes out on Sept. 17th.

That's certainly your opinion, but for me this is one of maybe three games that are coming out this fall that I actually will be buying. I can't wait for it.

If it wasn't for Psychonauts I probably wouldn't be paying much attention to this, but I have a feeling it will be taking up a lot of my time.
I can't fathom the logic behind this. You have to pre-order the game to get early access to a demonstration of the game. Surely the whole point of a game demonstration is so that one can assess the quality of a game and decide whether or not to purchase it.
So those that have already decided to order (and possibly already pay for) the game get the chance to decide before everyone else if they want to buy the game.

I see very little point in this. It's just access to a level that will have to be played again when the full game arrives. I pre-ordered for the Tenacious D guitar. Now that's a deal!
You guys are silly. Everybody knows that you preorder to get the demo, then once you've tried it, if you don't like the demo you can cancel your preorder. Sure, the GameStop clerk might try to talk you out of it (because it makes his numbers look bad) but if you ask, they have to give you your money back.
Christ, it's not like access to the demo only happens if you preorder, you just get it earlier. You know, as in the people who want to play this game might want to play a demo as quickly as possible? I prefer that to a lot of other useless shit some offer for preorder.
Besides, this isn't the first time. They pulled this for preordering Infamous as well. I preordered and played the demo early, and thoroughly enjoyed it; won't be any different with this game.

Tempted as I am that a demo even exists.... I'll wait. I've got a date with Rocktober 13th, and I don't want to spoil it any further than the videos already have hehe..
