If you want to be Batman and beat up skeletons, you might want to consider pre-ordering Batman: Arkham Asylum with GameStop.
Those who pre-purchase the game with the retail will receive access to an exclusive Scarecrow "Challenge Map," called "Dem Bones." It's there that Batman will get to beat up skeletons. Because skeletons are evil. We also have to take GameStop's word that the level will be one of the most difficult Challenge levels in the game, "in true core gamer fashion." Core gamers do like beating up skeletons; I know this because it's true.
There are a few teeny, tiny screenshots of the map in action (including pictures of Batman punching skeletons) over at a GameStop pre-order landing page. Check 'em out.

I feel the exact same way about the game. However, it IS Batman, so it's still an instant-buy for me :D

I kind of felt the same way after playing the challenge room demo. It's repetitive, but I also really liked it. I doubt I'd like an entire game of just that, but the stealth should break it up and I'm planning on playing it on whichever difficulty disables the spider-sense counter indicators. They made it a little too easy.
