Sweet. As someone who works at a retailer that's still hanging on to 20+ copies of GH3 for the 360, I approve of this. Shit, I'd approve of many things being dumped into a volcano, that's just awesome XD

They should probably save money by not doing stunts like this. After all, with Rock Band 3 who cares about Power Gig?

You know what's great about this trailer? I still know absolutely nothing about Power Gig, like how it plays or what songs are going to be in it. So kudos, Power Gig team. Crackerjack job.

I know Harmonix has a mode for real guitars in rock band 3, but they still use the guitar peripheral, and since the video seems to be against guitar peripherals in general, i just assumed it was as Magnalon said and was simply a public relation or respect thing. I just thought it kind of shitty regardless

Am I the only one who's concerned what's gonna happen to the volcano when you throw in that much plastic for it to burn through?
The real question is... will anyone remember Power Gig 6 months from now? With the slumping music game sales and the two looming behemoths shadowing them, my guess would be a resounding no.

Just to think, they could have saved animals from the oil spill instead of buying guitars and a plane. This is even more disappointing considering that you could just learn to play a real instrument and this game won't even come close to RockBand or GuitarHero...
