Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity will hit the Nintendo 3DS on March 24, 2013 as both a retail and eShop release. Expect more than 20 randomly generated Mystery Dungeons to explore as Pokemon Pikachu, Snivy, Oshawott, Tepig or Axew.
Additional dungeons can be accessed through Magnagates. You'll use the 3DS camera to scan circular objects in the real world to find these Magnagates. I'm totally trying my toilet first.
Gates to Infinity is the first game of the series to use wireless multiplayer, though Nintendo is not saying exactly how this will work yet. Stay tuned.
