In tonight's Podtoid, myself, Aaron Linde and that woman are joined by ... nobody. There is no host this episode, because Rev Anthony's sister is a bitch. I don't think that sheds any actual light on why he's not going to be in this episode, but it's the only reason Anthony gave us.
So, it's just we three stalwarts unless I can find some sucker at short notice, and we will be talking about all sorts of general news such as Diablo III and Chrono Trigger. We also need questions from our precious, valued listeners, because that'll eat up about twenty minutes of recording time and our deputy host, Aaron Linde, has better things to do than come up with content. As do I.
Ask away, faithful listeners. Ask, ask away!

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
What the hell is wrong with people who insist that the art in Blizzard games like World of Warcraft and Diablo III ISN'T gorgeous? Should Blizzard games be used as an art taste acid test? "Look at this game, and tell me if you think it is beautiful, so we can all know if your opinion counts."
But more importantly: When are we going to see an official Destructoid Limbo of the Lost review?
2) Also are you happy Megaman 9 is 8-bit I don't care if it is just capcom being lazy, I still think it is awesome. The more like Megaman 2 the better.
Follow up question: Will Rev ever defeat her and return peace and non-bitchiness to the Burch house-hold?
What are you thought on this? It'd be nice to hear from a straight gamer's perspective (well, mostly straight in Linde's case).
Also, am I the only one who wants a way to save Schala and get her in your party in Chrono Trigger DS?
If you can manage, would you read this question in the middle of Tiff saying something. Thanks.
Also when everyone seemingly wants innovation, why are these two titles universally praised while Fallout 3, which is attempting to update the series, is condemned for trying something new?
Isn’t it great that one can ramble on
and not really say anything with worth,
but still be read by enough freaks to spawn
cretins who should have been kicked during birth.
They’ll read poetry by hacks with no mind
who’ve no understanding of emotion,
and mimic blindly thinking it refined,
only to attract others devotion.
And let us not forget the worst of all,
these emo fuckers who write of hard lives
while buying tight jeans at the local mall
with mommies Visa, oh how to survive?
Now I will end this sonnet with no rhyme,
Am I not a clever pretentious whore?
God I hate poets. Anyway what do you guys think about Mega Man 9 being WiiWare only and having distinctly 8 bit graphics? Would you rather have XBLA or PSN versions with the same gameplay but HD visuals? I personally like the old school look, and as long as it plays like the first few Mega Man games I’ll love it.
Isn't that what videogames are all about?
Imagination becomes reality. Video games are a perfect medium for dumb, yet fun, cross-overs.
Do you love it or hate it?
Where do you draw the line? when you get Diablo in ur Starcraft?
But those petition guys are totally fail though.
I believe this also works in vice versa.
Here's to embracing each others development strategies and the creation of the Linear character/Open and persistent world Jawesterpan Roleplaying experience.
Yet another reason for me to NOT buy a Wii.
do you think with all these sequels to beloved games coming out, (diablo 3, starcraft 2, beyond good and evil 3 and so on), do you think they have any sort of impact on the originals? like possibly ruining any magic, just because you had that one, special, cult favorite game?
hey i whipped this up i hope you like it.
what is your biggest expectation for E3

I mean really. Walk into a persons house, hear the (ONLY) sentence they have to say, and then proceed to go through all of their shit in hopes of finding another potion or ether to add to your ever-growing collection. And while you do this the owner of the house just stands there and watches! WTF!?
Writers like Dickens, Shakespeare and Austen
Spent their lives working on something, that they ultimately became lost in
They were on a fruitless quest
To write a piece that could be called the best
But sadly for them, it was not meant to be
They should have gone back to drinking their tea
For the best thing ever was going to have to wait
Until the year two thousand and eight
When a regular man, who is something of a laureate
Penned a poem worthy of a baccalaureate
With clever rhymes and shocking innuendo
The intensity grew with an invigorating crescendo
And when it was over, all verses recited
Everyone who had heard it became united
“That was… incredible” “The best poem, by far”
And in years to come, kids will ride in a car
And ask their parents, if they were around
When the world first heard a piece so profound
“Oh yes,” they’ll say, with a glimmer in their eye
“It was sometime in summer, was it July?”
“And even though I was only a yearling,”
“I too heard the poem by Jim Sterling”
And for a question, Developer Luc Brenard has had some trouble getting his games, Eternity's Child and an unnamed Castlevania like game, published. Is this more because he's a relatively new developer with out a reputation yet, or is this this the result of the new found popularity of both casual games and mindless FPS, and publishers beginning to neglect titles catered to long time fans of gaming?
Also, would you bone Anthony's sister y/n
Also, unforgivingly difficult games: Am I wrong in calling them broken? I acknowledge that I often suck at gaming in general, but I think there's something wrong with alienating a lot of your audience by making your game unrelentingly, almost impossibly, hard.
I.e> I can't wait for fallout 3 and Diablo 3 so i downloaded the first two games of both.
True it's often said as a bad thing, but I can think of one recent example that sort of meant it as a complement.
I probably should have saved this one for an episode where the liberal arts college-attending-host was here, but oh well.
We really, really need an edit comment feature.
Most people subscribe to only one, so Blizzard might be cutting into their own userbase for WOW if they release another one.
I CAN'T dig it.
Uh. Can I marry your avatar?
I guess it'd be reasonable for the user to choose which podcast, but obviously this question is directed at Podtoid.
Anyways, I feel it'd be rather inexpensive, and you could get people to do some pretty cool stuff.
Yeah the left handed mode for wii games is called holding the wii remote in your left hand and the nunchuk in your right hand. wtf are you talking about dude?
