Yo the sound seems to be working really weird. I'm hearing diffent people on diffrent sides of my ear phones rather then everyone being balanced. It's annoying as hell xD.

I'm trying to figure out how the hell to mix two stereo tracks into one mono track with Audacity and/or Goldwave, and it doesn't seem to be happening.

Fixed (I think) -- just uploaded the new, mono version. Should be available on the podtoid page by now.
Is the fixed version on iTunes? I just deleted the old one and... I'm not seeing an episode 36 at all?

thanks man, sounds good. The book is a bit of a dusty old sci fi book, I was really surprised when I saw the trailer feat. Fresh Prince for the first time!

Linde and I were just saying the same thing. Perhaps it's just got something to do with how insanely low my expectations were going in, but I liked it a LOT. Will Smith can act like a motherfucker, which shouldn't be as surprising as it is.

Whoa, new Podtoid?!?! For cereal? I’m going to wait until someone can confirm that the mono version is on iTunes, and then I’ll download it from there. To be honest, I knew this was coming — Niero told me about it when I met him at Blipfest 2007 — but I figured I’d keep my mouth shut in case you guys wanted to keep it under wraps.
@Rev: Well, he did garner an Oscar nom for The Pursuit of Happyness, which, while completely predictable, was wonderfully acted by Smith and his son, Jaden. I haven’t seen I Am Legend, though — many of the reviews I saw said that the first half was good, but the second half threw away all of the philosophical questions that the first half posed and instead turned into a survival-horror flick. I’ll definitely check it out on DVD, though.

Cool, Rev. Thanks. I have been Podtoid-starved and I'm quite happy to hear that the show has moved from Linde's capable-but-tardy hands to your capable-and-hopefully-less-tardy hands. I may disagree with you on a number of things, but it's good to find someone who's as crotchety as me. :)
Sharpless, as way of explanation, I swears it wasn't laziness on my part; things have been changing a lot in Lindeland as of late, and being that Podtoid had changed hands several times in the months preceding the break, I wanted to ensure that we got it off the ground with a reliable, solid host. Anthony seemed the right candidate for the job, so we spent our hiatus working on refining the format and getting him prepped and ready on software.
So, hopefully Podtoid will be on time and solid quality, and will absolve us from our lengthy history of only getting one or the other. As you've noticed, Anthony's quite capable with hosting the podcast. I'll miss guiding the show along myself, but as I mentioned, I've got a lot on my plate these days. :)

Aaron, I had given you the benefit of the doubt and assumed there were reasons for the lack of a Podtoid. :) I got spoiled by that late stretch where Nex was pumping them out fairly regularly.
