@Aetsen:you can't really really blame the Pope for expressing his concern like that.. It's his job, just like it's Jack Thompson's job to go after what he perceives as "morally wrong". At least the Pope doesn't go about making an ass of himself in court. And the Pope does not target games specifically, but the whole entertainment media in general.

Oh and keep up the good work I am really enjoying the podtoids. Oh and Aaron Linde, I started playing Earthbound and I am really enjoying it, do you have any other RPG's for any system you would suggest? (I am a huge fallout 1 and 2 fan)

I was an early adopter of the PSP (i.e. Japanese Import) and I was wondering since I know movies are region coded, are the Konami titles Metal Gear Solid: Digital Graphic Novel and Silent Hill Experience region locked as well or are they considered games and region free?

I have a semi-serious question to ask about the blog. There have been rumblings that you guys are no longer swearing on the front page. Couple that with how Greybush was pissed at Ishaan for posting a picture of Peter Moore saying "Also, cocks," and it seems that the tagline "always unfiltered" is beginning to be meaningless.

I guess that wasn't really a question, but here's a similar add-on. Some of your news comes straight from the sources (e.g. Peter Moore), and in order for you to get the first scoop, you need to maintain good relations with these people and companies. Does that affect your propensity to post news that might weaken your relationship with the game companies? At what point does Destructoid stop being an independent gaming site and start feeding us only the news the companies want us to hear?

Why would they change the name from Unreal Tournament 2007 to Unreal Tournament 3? It is the 4th Unreal Tournament game being released. And the 2k3, 2k4, 2k7 naming works well and makes sense.

Even though I don't work for dtoid I have been trying to give you my opinion about your question.. Obviously you understand that dtoid is growing and it's not necessarily a bad thing to look a bit more professional. I've read dtoid since June and I haven't noticed anything different. Any of these writers will still bash any company or person, big or small, at any time and I don't think that will ever change. Dtoid is seemingly becomming a powerhouse and it would benefit us readers much much more with each contact within the gaming industry that they can gain trust from. I don't think that not swearing in a post will lessen the quality of dtoid one bit. Plus us readers do plenty of swearing for them. I do like the question and would love to hear a response from Ron on this one..

My advice to Dtoid: don't change your style, just because you're growing majorly. Just expand and find more people like yourselves, so you can get even more information and turn yourselves into a gaming info powerhouse, even more so than you are now.
