Being a big Street Fighter fan, I'll more than likely buy Super Street Fighter IV when it is released. However, it also seems bad that Capcom is once again releasing the same game with balance changes one year after the initial release, as is what happened about 4 or 5 times with Street Fighter II. Do you think Capcom has the right to put us through the ringer again like this? Or should they have released the updates more slowly as bite-sized DLC, as is the model these days which really just amounts to the same thing if you think about it.

Do you think NATAL is the next wiimote OR the next voice command?

What I mean by this is that NATAL could mostly be considered a wiimote without a controller BUT I would mostly consider NATAL as an addon rather than a NEW controller. Because you can still use the controller. It's like Voice command in SOCOM. You can do it without the voicecommand but it's so much cooler without.

Anthony, have you tried using Joy 2 Key to map a 360/PS2 controller to VVVVVVs keyboard functions? (Up, down, left, right, and "the Dual Shock's X button" to "V".

Do you feel like this is cheating the game, or undermining the creator's intentions in any way? Personally, I beat the game using the keyboard the first time, and on my second playthrough, I switched to a controller. I may be overthinking it, but I couldn't really conjure up a question.

Why do so many indie games insist on using minimalistic programmer graphics even when so many talented 3d and 2d artists are posting on forums like Polycount and Zbrushcentral looking for a break? Is anybody else sick of this indie uniform of bad art as if it's supposed to show how unlike AAA games they are?

Anthony: You reviewed VVVVVV and gave it a 10. Do you regret giving it a "perfect" score now, or are you absolutely sure you couldn't have possibly given it any other score? I only ask this because, when I play games and score them in my head afterwards, I never give them a 10. For me the extra point after a 9/10 is a "nostalgia" point, the value that builds upon a game experience after it has sat in my head for a long time and allows me to go back to a game and say "woah, that game is still fucking amazing". If that makes sense.

Is there any game that you thought had an interesting or unique presentation. That isn't necessarily limited to a graphical style for example I liked Comic Zone for the Genesis for the jumping from panel to panel like you inside a comic book. Just a cool style that stuck with you.

I recently finished playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R shadow of chernobyl which waas fun and stuff. One of it's most notiable features is that the missions you can play, are in any order and are non-linear, they are only linear for the main plot missions, but they can be intertwined with the side ones. Far Cry 2 boasted it's non-linear story on release, however the story missions were linear, and just because you could choose which faction mission to do and when, doesn't mean that they weren't. You couldn't do the last story misson first. The side missons for unlocking weapons were also linear, you had to do the first mission which unlocked weapons X before you could do the next mission which unlocked weapons Y, the non-linearity simply stemed from the ability of when you did them, rather than what order.

I have two questions, can you think of games that have claimed to be something their not? And can you think of any games which claimed to have unique elements or mechanics, which have already been done, in other previous less known or popular games?

Seeing as how Darksiders has a portal gun, will Samit ever play it?

Has Samit beaten Bioshock yet? If not, please remind him that he promised that he would. See if you can pressure him with some sort of punishment if he fails.

Has the term 'homo-erotic' been bandied around so much that it has inadvertantly homo-sexualised completely non-sexual, hetero male friendships? And, if not, are you lot going to end up bonking anytime soon? A recent comment in a recent podtoid made by Brad, then quickly evaded, was that old greek warriors used to be sexual partners, or something like that, and implied they were nearly all like that. That's a bigger myth then the existence of, er, Medusa. Although i'm sure Jim would love a portion of Nicholson. Discuss?

Also, are you guys gonna do an audio commentary with the recent Chun-Li streetfighter film when it comes out? If the film is bad enough, I think you should consider it. Hopefully it's terrible to the point of hilarity, not bad to the point of crushing our souls with its mediocrity. I'm not sure why you all got so self-concious about the commentaries and stopped doing them - they were all pretty awesome, DD included (oh, and RE omitted). Robert Patrick! Don't know what you were all so dissapointed about. Him bursting through that paper wall made it all worth it.
