I know I promised Jim would be the only regular cast member missing from Podtoid 108, but Linde leaves around the halfway point for, shall we say, thermal reasons.
Either way, the episode is still alright. Conrad Zimmerman came on to replace Jim, and Topher actually says more than three sentences once Linde is out of the picture. You can listen to it here, as usual, or subscribe to us on iTunes.

Also, Donnie Darko is a massive pile of shit. I've never met someone that liked it that wasn't either an idiot or had terrible taste in movies. It also seems to be the kind of movie that people can't like without not caring that other people hate it, everyone tries to defend it or agrees with each other when it gets hate.
Topher is absolutely correct, fighter games don't have to look like BlazBlue.
Games shouldn't just strive to be use a photo-realistic style.
Sprites, cell-shading, 2D games should still be made and not just for handhelds.
Surreal or other interesting art styles should be used and explored.
