PlayStation 4 priced at $399

E3 conference reveals the details!

[Update: you can pre-order it now on Amazon]

Sony followed up Microsoft's $499 price announcement with its own retail MSRP, and here we go! The PlayStation 4 will officially cost $399.

It'll cost 399 Euro and 349 English Pounds in the PAL territories.

This makes it a hundred bucks cheaper than the Xbox One's $499. Add that to the lack of DRM and support of used games, I'd called that a sweet victory.
