It's pretty good for any game. I got my hands on this back when it was a "tech demo" at E3 2011 and absolutely loved it. Even without the cutesy Mario look it would a good time because it's such a simple throwback to childhood fun that makes brilliant use of the Wii U's tablet controller in a way that no other local multi title ever could before.

@Kresse Considering you're watching a cam-ed video of a game that has a cartoon style, it still looks better graphically than a PS2.
And people aren't as excited about it as you think; people just find the games fun (amazing, right?). Few people are hyped about this game, proclaiming that it is the new Ocarina of Time, FFVII, etc..
I'm sure you'll see that people just find it childish and fun when Sony comes out with super intense Playstation Allstars: Minigame Royale.

I want there to be professional tournaments built around Nintendo Land, the games are so well designed, competitively speaking!
I dunno, from what I have seen of Nintendo Land I think that when I do eventually get a Wii U, I will just get the basic version.
The Metroid, Zelda, and Pikmin games look like fun but I don't really have people over all that often so I am guessing I won't get the most out of them. They still have more attractions to reveal so I could still be convinced.
I do think that the idea for Nintendo Land is smart though. If Wii Sports had starred all of the Nintendo characters, I think that games like Kirby, Metroid, and Animal Crossing would have done much better for them.

Stealth hates Holmes, he's so jealous he can't take it.

Coming back from the escapist its really noticeable how anti Nintendo they are over there(the community I mean). Its nice here with criticism of Nintendo when they deserve it rather than blind hate.
I tbink its more envy than anything else steve. The vita is a classic example of what the cool kid generation thinks will sell and should sell and nintendo is the antithesis that actually DOES sell.

If you are one of the many who haven't and you own a GC/Wii and a GBA, you need to quickly find a copy of this game(eBay) and a GC–GBA Link cable(eBay), get three GC controllers and invite some friends over! Yes, it's a lot of damn work, but it's worth it! Do it. If you succeed, expect lots of tangled cords and happy faces. =)
