Upcoming DS game Ghost Trick has a demo on the Capcom Japan website. It's in Japanese, of course, but it's still totally playable if you can't read the text. Just know that you'll have to rely on trial and error, and that's going to be a bit less fun.
I played a similar demo earlier this year. If you're not down with the reading, know ghat clicking and dragging your the glowing spirit will let you possess other items. You'll "set" your possession and then release it, letting you watch a sort of chain reaction that will hopefully get you out of your hairy situation.
