Play as Special Infected in the L4D2 demo because you can photo

Run through "The Parish" one too many times in the Left 4 Dead 2 demo and need something new to do?

Over on L4DMods.com, they have got an interesting solution to your conundrum, mysterious Internet stranger. A modder named Saul has created a plugin for (sort of) opening up Versus mode in the demo. Hey, it's better than nothing.

Once downloaded, it's simply a matter of entering in a few console commands and boom! Playable Special Infected in single-player as well as dedicated and local servers.

Not having the demo on my PC means I can't verify how well this works, but just look at that image up there. Pictures, on the Internet? Enough said. There's your proof.

It works but they bots won't activate the events without a player so one person has to stay on that team.

The charger is pretty awesome.

I tried this with some friends and bizzarrely, 2 more "Coach"s were added to the survivors team.

If only there were an achievement for vomiting on all 6.

this is old news, this happened yesterday, where was destructoid on this? And your 2 extra coaches are nothing to our 20. We had 6 Nicks, 10 Coaches, and the rest of the gang.

oh and why would you need pics of someone running through expert melee only, that's the dumbest thing I've heard in a thread in a while. SHOW PICS OF YOU STANDING STATIC WITH A FRYING PAN ON EXPERT!!! Post a vid. Hell we ran through doing only melee with all football team of bots. Then we took down a tank in 5 seconds on expert. AK-47's to all the bots. When you absolutely positively gotta kill every mother f**ker in the room.
