Day One. I've been playing through UFO Defense for the past few weeks and am itching to get my hands on this.
Put my preorder in a couple weeks ago. OG x-com is one of my all time favorites. At first I was skeptical, but there has been SO MUCH PRAISE I had to give in.

my only problem with the demo is that it doesnt have more missions. cant wait for this, less than 2 weeks!
day one for me too. I love turn based gameplay. dont know why, itsjust my choice, and one with movement AND turn base style, like gladius, is all for me! I am extremely excited. I loved Xcom 2 and i shall love this one even more!
My mum pre-ordered it for my birthday as this is out 2 days after it. I was so proud of her to work it out and gift it.
Also got more TF2 hats, but it looks like everyone will get Civ 5 out of the bargain to gift/play, which is delightful.

Wow. "Aliens" look like the dude from Destroy All Humans...and a turn based shooter??
Teammates take their positions one by one, with the rest of the team just standing out in the open during the process...and the alien enemies looking on, seemingly oblivious to all of this.
Looks fairly retarded. Graphics aren't anything special, either. Pass.
