Plants vs. Zombies on PC is a thing of beauty, as is the lovely iPhone port of the lawn defense game. Either people already knew to expect good things from the adaptation having played the original, a ton of iPhone owners dig PopCap, or PvZ was a word-of-mouth success.
The more I think about it, the more I'm sure it's all three. PopCap is reporting 300,000 units sold in the game's first nine days and upwards of $1 million in sales to date. As far as the App Store is concerned, that's an impressive launch.
When asked to comment on the large sum of money and the prizes PopCap (probably) received for putting out such a rad game, the announcer from Smash TV was quoted as saying "I love it!" Oh you.
Jordan Devore is Destructoid's PC gaming manager and founding ginger editor. He is said to be easy to love but difficult to know. When Samit inquired about his curious bio photo Jordan simply replied:
"bitches love sandcastles" ... yet, there is no sandcastle in that photo. We may never truly understand his ways.

Only negative thing i can say that on 3G the game slows a bit when the screen gets full, but that doesn't faze me!
Seriously, buy Plants vs Zombies NOW!
Fun little game.
I wonder if we'll see an expansion for it ala Peggle Nights.
