I pretty much created this post just to say that this trailer is hot. In fact, I have no real news to provide here. You already know that Persona 4 is coming to the PlayStation 2 on December 9th, packed with upgraded hotness.
After some channel flipping, you'll see battles with close-ups on eye glasses, lively dialogue and frolicking, and Teddy's head being ripped off. Oh my! About a minute in, you'll get to see some Persona summoning and general ass-kicking. It all goes just fast enough to get you excited while not spoiling anything.
As we told you before, Persona 4 pre-order customers will be showered with goodies, including a 24-track soundtrack CD and a 100-page 7"x10" P4 art book. All good things. All good things.

I loved P3, but there are a lot of things that annoy me about what I've seen of P4. The characters don't seem as interesting, I've got a Teddybear on my team rather than a combat dog, the music doesn't seem as good (so far), and it doesn't seem as dark and powerful as P3. (putting on glasses < shooting yourself in the head)
Oh well, minor complaints. I'll buy it anyway.

My wild hope is that the "Devil Survivor" game they're advertising is a remake of the first Persona. It was a well-written game but the engine was limited and the graphics are ... well, I've seen better flash games.
Yeah, I haven't finished P3 yet, but I'll be playing this nonetheless. No reason to do things in order, right?
I'll have to consider getting P3 soon.

I've been watching the persona 4 webisodes and damn they are horrible.
Now before you start calling my a freak'n weeabo
A) I didn't say the japanese voices are better
B) Persona 3's english dub was superb (with some exceptions)
I can't stand the black hair chick's voice. The girl with track jacket however is the worst of all. She's horrible. Its beyond just the annoying voice, the woman voices the track jacket girl just can't freak'n act. Really this is a big let down.
I've heard the guys voices, and they're actually pretty good, at the caliber of persona 3's voice acting.
Honestly why can't atlus USA give us both languages, at least one i don't understand, therefore I won't notice that its bad.

I was whining about this with persona 3, because the english dub was actually decent from the trailers..............Not in persona 4's case..........
