God, I'm in Wii overload today, somebody please shoot me. OK, now that that's out of the way, I thought I'd share this video with you all to really drive home why I am so up on Elebits and why I think that it will be the best game on the Wii for some time.

Because of the edit mode included, Elebits will allow players to do things like what you see in the video above. We've all been privy to the magic that can happen with Gary's Mod in Half-Life 2, so I don't know about you, but I can't wait to try out some of this stuff in Elebits and see what others come up with.

what's your address?

but seriously, is the wiimote on elebits more responsive and precise compared to zelda: tp?

Good question. Elebits is precise enough. It's not the kind of game where you will need pin point accuracy to succeed.

When I read that it would have an edit mode I was extremely intrigued as to how it would work. Now seeing it in action, looks like a turnip cart load of fun! Can't wait for Wiiconnect to go live and see the types of levels that are made with this.

Before that need to get a Wii though..
So did someone say bandwagon time?

:D

I can't wait until finals are over so I can play this! This is actually the game I reserved back in August at EB to get on the Wii pre-order call list. There was nothing good on the list at that time...or at least no first party games, so I asked the guy what was good and he said Elebits. He described it as "Pikmin meets Katamari". He had me at Katamari. From then on, I just kept hearing better and better things! This game is gonna be so much fun.

Are you being sarcastic Summa? I heard Elebits was as much as a game is Final Fantasy X (Hint: Not much).

I'm not being sarcastic. The game is better than Zelda to me.

This video is not working for me at all...tried clicking the blank space, tried to go on GoNintendo and the same and even tried GoNintendo's direct link and it won't load...usually videos work fine for me.

Is there a tagline for Elebits?

Elebits: who doesn't love playing with dominos?!

Lame, I know but it seems just about all the recent videos have been of domino action! Oooh, Dominos pizza sounds nice right about now.

Robert Summa, it seems like only weeks ago that it was me trying to convince you that Elebits would be the best game for the Wii for these very reasons, and I haden't played it...

Dammit. I've phoned three different stores here in Vancouver and they are all giving me different release dates, some as late as mid Jan. Why are videogame release dates always so sketchy?
