The confirmation was had on Twitter, where Epic's Mike Capps enthusiastically answered the question with a straightforward, "YES YES YES!" Seems like he's pretty excited to have them on board.
Bulletstorm was a solid, if not wholly mindblowing, shooter, so the team's involvement with a new Gears ought to turn out well. It might give the series that fresh look it rather needs at the moment. Gears 3 was a lot of fun, but you can start to see the staleness around the edges. I'm looking forward to (hopefully) seeing a new direction.
