Though the games have been featured time and time again on Steam, I always feel compelled to give them a nod of approval. Yes, Dead Space and Dead Space 2 are once again on sale, with this particular discount bringing them down to $5 each. Are you going to cave in yet? No? Okay.
Then we've got Amazon selling Civilization IV: The Complete Edition and Civilization V for $8.99 a pop. Whenever I point out that a time sink of a game is being discounted, I feel like that fictitious (?) guy with the trench coat who sells inappropriate wares to children. I regret nothing!
Jordan Devore is Destructoid's PC gaming manager and founding ginger editor. He is said to be easy to love but difficult to know. When Samit inquired about his curious bio photo Jordan simply replied:
"bitches love sandcastles" ... yet, there is no sandcastle in that photo. We may never truly understand his ways.

Unless Steam's purchasing page is outright lying to me, I'm seeing $5 for Dead Space 2.
Mass Effect 1&2 are $5 each on GamersGate. No indication of how long that lasts, might just be for today (Friday).
I've been keeping an eye on the game download store on Amazon. For all Steamworks titles (ie titles that activate on Steam) they seem to be matching Steam's own prices (ie Dead Space 1&2 are $5 there, too). They had some good deals of their own over Christmas, so I keep an eye on the site.
Huh, okay. Then Europe is weird, because ours are 2,50EUR and 7,50EUR.
It's so fucking worth it. I enjoyed the single player so much I played it instantly again after i beat it on hard.
It reminds me so fucking much of Resident Evil 4, my favorite game. I played my first run as a plasma cutter run just like my Red 9 run in Resident Evil 4 and it was fun as fuck.
The second game has a lot more jump scares and their a tons more children to slaughter. You get a lot more smaller enemies to tear into and it's so satisfying slicing limbs left and right and stomping in children's faces. It's pure beauty.
Is the base game worth it D-toid?
You are tight. Dead space 2,5 and part 2 for 7,5. This is such a steal btw i love those games
