It looks like Charlie Murder is a bit closer than everyone thought.

At PAX East, Ska Studios confirmed that it's putting the finishing touches on the punk rock beat-'em-up. James Silva stated that after they work out a few bugs, the game will be ready to send to certification.

Silva confirmed that Charlie Murder will be out in 2013, and went as far as to say that he expects it to be within months assuming that everything goes smoothly.

Given this information, it sounds like Charlie Murder would be a natural fit for what will likely be the Xbox 360's final Summer of Arcade promotion.
