Hopefully I'll find out about the group photo since I can't get into the convention on Friday.

PAX Prime 2012 panel schedule is live!
The PAX Prime 2012 panel schedule is finally up! As you already know, Destructoid will be hosting the Destructoid Live III panel on August 31 at 12:30PM in the Unicorn Theathre. While that's our main panel, there's going to be a few other panels that various Destructoid staffers will be part of. On Saturday at 10:30AM in the Serpent Theathre, Destructoid founder Niero Gonzalez and Dtoid Show co-host Max Scoville will be in the Twisted Tales: Working, Living & Playing Together While Making Awesome panel where they'll be talking about the games industry. Then at 3PM, Reviews editor Jim Sterling will be on the Stuff Your Criticism, I Want a Review! Part Two panel in the Serpent Theatre talking about the reviews process. On Sunday at 1:30PM in the Serpent Theatre, our Twitch.TV channel content director, King Foom, will be on the Twitch All-Stars Presents: How to Make it as a Broadcaster panel. Plus, you can see our Features freelancer Sophie Prell talking about what it's like working for the Penny Arcade Report, and start off PAX right by catching the Hey Ash, Whatch Playin'? panel on Friday morning. What panels will you be hitting up? And have you joined our Google Group yet to see what we're planning for the show?! Did you know? You can now get daily or weekly email notifications when humans reply to your comments.
Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)I plan on catching HAWP, Dtoid Live 3, Mega64, and The Protomen on Friday night. Didn't plan on much the other days, but the other panels with Dtoid in them sound interesting, especially the one with Foom. I like streaming and could use tips to increase my audience and stuff. Didn't plan on much the other days, but the other panels with Dtoid in them sound interesting, especially the one with Foom. I like streaming and could use tips to increase my audience and stuff. As I currently don't have a Saturday pass, I'm SO glad the Dtoid Live panel is Friday. HAWP and Telltale Games panel is Friday too, so that pretty much covers most of my paneling! :-P @tehTommy: Twitch? Or PA. Or both. It may he streamed though. Not sure what theaters and panels are getting streamed, but they'll be on Twitch all weekend. I'm going to be running around doing stuff for RipTen, but I definitely want to try and catch the Dtoid Live panel as well as the Penny Arcade DND panel. Unfortunately, I'm almost positive that I'll be busy during the HAWP panel since it's right at the beginning of the weekend, but I'll check them out again at MAGFest! Too bad no one will be attending any events and panels besides the League of Legends stuff, since the LoL crowd basically hijacked this PAX. PAX really, really needs a social-MMO-dota style spinoff convention. It used be I went to PAX and every game was intriguing in some way. Now half the convention is total waste. And I have the perfect solution PAX PC and PAX Console. I'm sure the big three console makers would love a more focused show, and the PC/MMO/social crowd would too. I only got a Sunday pass because scalpers, so the thought of queuing up for hours to ensure I get into a panel isn't very appealing. There are some that look good though.
Hopefully I'll find out about the group photo since I can't get into the convention on Friday. 4:30 PM on 05.20.2013 Should publishers try to profit from user-created videos?Last week, it came to light that Nintendo has started making content claims for popular videos on YouTube which feature their products, including "Let's Play" and other forms of walkthrough content, taking the ad revenue whi...

3:30 PM on 05.16.2013 Watch the worst Fallout game ever madeJordan and I have started a new game in our Couch Campaign, and it's one that I have been excited to play since we first began talking about the project. As a huge fan of the Fallout franchise and a lover of top-down, exploration shoot-em-up games, the pairing of the two could have been glorious. And Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel is, provided you think train wrecks can be glorious.
