As some of you may have heard, the camera with almost all of the pictures from the weekend was stolen on Saturday night, complete with the memory card holding the secrets of all the astonishing times we had at PAX East. I'm taking measures to attempt to retrieve the lost equipment, but I'm not too hopeful. That said, take a look at the handful of pictures below that made it to my laptop before the "alleged incident," from Thursday night and Friday morning. I sincerely apologize to everyone that was in pictures that didn't get pulled down, but we'll always have the memories.

In seriousness that sucks big time, but you'll maybe it's better if some of your secret PAX fantasy pics aren't seen by the general public. Also, awww Ali D.
It was incredible. Yes, there were long lines. Yes, the shuttles ran at odd times. Yes, nerds don't watch where they are going. Or brush their teeth. Or bathe. But goddman, what a great time. The expo floor was amazing. The panels were funny. People in general were very laid back and easy to talk to. I have never shared tension so much for someone playing Jenga live in front of 3,100 spectators. And the coup de grace, seeing the VGO play live on Saturday evening was so amazing. I videotaped most of it to show friends who thought "it would be lame" ... they are now on board for next year.
If you have the means, GO NEXT YEAR!! You will not be disappointed.
I can supply my photos! Most of them are cosplay, though. >_>
or do you guys just put these things down and forget about them or something? if i have expensive devices with important stuff on them i would make sure they are with me the entire time. or locked up in something. i think dtoid needs a security team. id be willing to apply for that position. as well as tech assistant since everyone at dtoid seems to have issues with cameras ,video or otherwise.
@fetusmilk It wasn't just set down on a bench and forgotten. It was in a the VIP section of a club, meaning it was one of "us." Not Destructoid, but someone that certainly knows who we are, and I hope they look at the pictures of our community and realize what a terrible person they are.
