I'm not saying Bonk was crap, but who was clamoring for more Bonk? It just seems like such a random property to resurrect. Maybe next year someone will bring back Gex.

The game was actually pretty fun for the time I had with it. I can see it being a good game to play with a girlfriend or someone else who isn't that into games, as one player can do the more challenging stuff.

I too grew up playing Bonk, and I too think the art direction in what we've seen so far is terrible. Also, GrumpyTurtle is the man.
They should've gone with a sharp cartoon-style of art direction. Hudson! You don't have to make everything with polygons! You are not good at it!
The art style really is absolutely awful and a total turn-off, but this video may have been what I needed to be sold on the game itself. I agree with bdeff4life, but that gameplay did seem pretty solid.
