Very recently, via Twitter, Penny Arcade announced that they received word of a confirmed case of H1N1 (aka Swine Flu) from an attendee.
ConSARS is something we typically joke about when we're not too busy draining mucus from our congested heads, but this is no laughing matter. If you were at the big show this past weekend and are experiencing any flu-like symptoms -- body aches, fatigue, congestion, sore throat, etc. -- please visit a physician immediately and get tested. The last thing we need is our good time to be ruined by the potential loss of one of you.

but seriously, I'm not really afraid of swine flu at all, and I think people are getting a little over-the-top with the whole deal, but if someone's gotten the real deal from going to PAX I wish them the best.

So it's not something to just be brushed off, if you're sick, better to be safe than sorry. As someone said this weekend, its not the Swine Flu that kills you, it's what it causes. I'm not feeling much besides a sore throat but I'm gonna be cautious.
