I'm not good with papercraft. I have big awkward hands that can't fold things and wind up getting cut up. Blood covered papercraft only works with zombies and even then they get kind of soggy. Covering Team Fortress 2 characters in blood wouldn't work at all, so I'm going to stay away from these, but that doesn't mean anyone else will want to.
You can check them all out here at the artist's PhotoBucket and see the finished products, which would look great on any desk or table top. You can also just go over here for easy access to the TF2 doll pages. Once you're done take a photo and show them off, or just show off your Band-Aid covered hands.
