The backstory: Destructoid turned two (or twenty), so we're putting babies in people in Cancun next week to celebrate and this year we wanted to fly Destructoid's biggest fanboy and a friend to join us. So who should that person be this year? The people have spoken!  Following a near-riot ballot anticipation in the cblogs and a late night internal voting session the collective has chosen none other than TAZAR THE YOOT, an honorable site regular who has a license plate cooler than the guy who actually runs the site! Tazar has selected friend a fellow Dtoid community member Snaileb to join the festivities as his bitch, so that wraps up this year's anniversary contest. We'd like to thank everyone that participated and a special thanks to our runner up Cutie Honey who made an amazing music video. Expect tacky souvenirs from us!
 
Two other anniversary contests remain: A chance to win Grand Theft Auto 4 and Playstation 3 and a killer $5000 custom Turning Point gaming PC.  These contests are ending soon, so get your entry in pronto. Capisch?

Last but not least, I have special announcement to make.  Later this month this little start-up video game company will be moving out of my living room and into a proper office near downtown Miami. I know - serious business! We can assure you that it will be a dive at first, but after the paint dries and our 90x115 foot Deep Throat poster arrives it should then feel like home. Keep an eye on my Cblog as I hope to document the entire process of going from a humble garage based web publisher to a slave-driving business-jerkface who only hires slutty interns from the nearby hippie art college*! We have a ton of new site features planned so expect your cheese to be moved and fondled inappropriately.
 
Seriously though, these are very exciting times and we're happy to give back as much as we can for putting us on the map. Thanks everyone for the support and sharing in the unlikely Destructoid story.

The second part was in reference to Lemon's tinyurl or whatever it was shenanigans in IRC last night.
