Earlier today, we recieved a press release mentioning that Pac-Man's 30th anniversary is next year. Thanks for the heads up, guys! And it also said something or other about Pac-Man Championship Edition, an all-around awesome take on the classic formula, making it to mobile phones.
If my cell wasn't a complete and utter piece of junk, I would gladly download this port of the Xbox LIVE Arcade game and tell you whether or not it was faithful. But you know what? There's a demo and a short video comparing the two versions side by side, so Namco Bandai did my job for me. Check it out here.
In celebration of Pac-Man's 29th anniversary, everyone should go play some Pac-Man CE. Possibly on your phones, too.

Also for some reason it's not availible on my phone, even though my phone is supposed to be some super l337 gamers cellphone. They do have Super Pac Man and Pac Man pinball though. And Tekken 2, which apparently works with the game controller attachment, hmmm.....
