Owlboy gets new footage and some lovely music

8:30 AM on 01.21.2013

It's been quite a while since we checked in with D-Pad Studios' Owlboy, but the promising indie game has popped its head up again to reveal some lavish game footage and a terrific soundtrack sample courtesy of composer Jonathan Greer.

You can watch and listen to it all in the provided video. Looking good, right? I know I'm excited.

Hopefully we see a lot more soon. It's been a very long time coming.

That Banjo-Kazooie spiritual successor 'fell to bits'

Too good to be true, I worried, when first hearing about a spiritual successor to the Banjo-Kazooie series that was to be made by former Rare staffers. "Mingy Jongo." Perhaps that name still rests in your memory. I had forgot...more

Aaru's Awakening is all about movement

I’ve been interested in Aaru’s Awakening ever since its announcement captivated me with its hand-drawn art style. It’s pretty hard to pass up playing a game that looks the way Aaru’s Awakening does. Fr...more
