I love the game. I'm replaying it right now.
I played the demo and it was fun, but I heard bad things about the game, that you have to be a somewhat good guy even as the overlord.
Not really, there are two different types of play through, bad-good and bad-bad.
ParaParaKing:
Quasi-true. The game sets you up to be more "ruthless" than "evil," and the main enemies in the game are fallen heroes that have practically become more evil than you are. It's a little disappointing, but I wouldn't say that negatively impact what the game actually does, which is provide a very fun (and funny) experience.
Hell yeah Jim... Overlord is amazing.
I played it on PC and loved the game - awesome setting- sort of half RPG and half RTS gameplay- I just got a ps3 and am looking forward to getting this on it with the expanded content
one of the most underrated games in the 360's library, PS3 owners take notice.
Depending on the new content, I may just pick this up myself. There are still a few minor glitches I hope they fix (mostly clipping minions).
Wow man I love Overlord on the 360, I don't get that so little players own the game, I mean, it rocks like crazy! Really a must-have for anyone that likes some comedy in their RPG's :-)
Love it on the PC, will surely love it even more on the PS3. Can't wait.
i've FINALLY gotten around to playing it (playing it right now, on the 360) and it is AMAZING. very underrated game. very awesome.
It looks like medieval spawn Pikmin, niiiice..
