From my hands-on preview earlier in the day, you know that Pure is set to be one of the most detailed ATV racers ever made -- from the photorealistic environments, to the tricks that can be performed in real life, to much more. The extreme attention to detail also goes into the vehicles, and Pure will let players build their own rides from the ground up.

The customization feature is set to be very expansive and will offer players a ton of parts to make their own quads. The featurette video above details just how easy and simple the process is and mentions that there can be over 60,000 different quads that can be made in Pure. Basically, a f*ckton.

Who’s looking forward to Pure? Be sure to hit the jump for the latest gameplay trailer.

I'm only interested if you can play as Leroi Moore. The game looks boring.

God I miss extreme sports games. They were like normal sports games only, you know, fun.

The interface for the customization feature looks really slick, even though the whole thing seems somewhat unnecessary. I mean, it's supposed to be a trick-based arcade racer so all that tweaking seems moot.

Plus, it's all gonna be covered in mud anyways!

I hate it when developers tout customization with ridiculous numbers like this. It is not that hard to have a huge number of combinations. Each different type of part adds to that number exponentially. As in, if they all of the sudden decided to let you add a flag to the back of your ATV, and only gave you four flags to choose from, that'd bring the total number of combinations up to a quarter of a million. WHO CARES?

Not particularly interested. Not impressed with some customizations of a freaking 4-wheeler.

I was really blown away with this when I got my hands on it at E3. Way more fun than it should be.
