With little warning, 2K Games has released a slew of downloadable content -- four packs! -- for Mafia II.

The first, the "Vegas Pack," will give you two new cars and two new suits. The "War Hero" pack will bring two drivable military vehicles to the game, along with army fatigues and a dress uniform. Pick up the "Renegade Pack" for a hot rot and a sports coupe, along with a leather jacket and a lettermen's jacket. Finally, the "Greaser Pack" brings two new hot-rods and two outs -- a leather jacket with leather boots, and a leather racing suit.

They're $2.99/240 MS Points a piece, and are available for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. Maybe 2K should have a good look at NPD's report which revealed that only 6% of consumers purchased downloadable content. Outfit and car packs aren't going to help the situation, folks.
