I knew the name sounded familiar. Organ Trail is a zombie-filled spoof of The Oregon Trail, the classic educational game about the dangers of crossing rivers and dysentery. Playable online for free, it's now destined for life on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, and PC in Director's Cut form.
The Men Who Wear Many Hats took to Kickstarter for funding purposes. Pledges have far exceeded the goal and there's still plenty of time for more donations. They put a good deal of thought into the rewards -- consider showing the project some love.
In my family, we're obligated to name the characters after one another whenever the opportunity to do so is present. I never make it to the end. Life is cruel.
Jordan Devore is Destructoid's PC gaming manager and founding ginger editor. He is said to be easy to love but difficult to know. When Samit inquired about his curious bio photo Jordan simply replied:
"bitches love sandcastles" ... yet, there is no sandcastle in that photo. We may never truly understand his ways.

Btw, I notice that some of those figures in the header are based on various zombie movies, but the second person from the right looks a bit like Destructoid member (and Nukezilla columnist) Halfleft.
A trip across America with Halfleft will be so much fun, depending on who can irritate the other more.
