As Robot wrote on the game's site, "To celebrate the start of the closed beta, free-to-play hero rotations will be introduced and players will be able to get their hands-on one of the new heroes each weekend throughout late June and early July."

Anyone interested in getting in on the beta has to register and hope they're among the chosen few. Those in the alpha automatically get in on the beta. Also, if you're really intent on getting in, you can purchase the Founder's Pack for $20 to ensure instant access.
