Mojang's Scrolls is still trucking, and next month the game will get a hefty update that'll add a ton of customization to the game, as well as a new mode,  new scrolls, and even a spectator option. The new mode is called "Judgment," and it pits players against each other with random cards. The better you perform, the better your reward will be.

Spectator mode is a great addition as it allows newer players to learn the ropes. Of course, if you're not keen on letting people peep in, you can turn it off. I haven't been blown away by anything I've played of Scrolls, but it's a neat little game if you enjoy card based battles.

U Craft seeks to fill the Minecraft void on Wii U

There might not be Minecraft for Wii U, but there is U Craft. Close enough? This is in the works at Nexis Games, the studio behind some games I'm also not familiar with -- do BrickBlast U! or The Dance of the Damned ring any ...more
