Only one more day until Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony. Can you feel it? Rockstar sent out a last-minute trailer, dedicated to Tony's main man Luis Lopez.
Swearing, guys being thrown off of buildings, cursing, helicopters blowing things up, name calling ... uh yep, this is the GTA we know and love. Base jumping is something I have always longed to see in multiplayer, and I'm happy it's finally being implemented with The Ballad of Gay Tony.
There is also potentially good news for anyone planning on downloading the episode: Rockstar North will be in attendance for multiplayer on Friday from 5:00 - 10:00 PM EDT. Better yet, the online will be open to everyone all weekend for GTA IV and both downloadable episodes.
This is your chance to shine, Xbox LIVE Silver members. Jump past the break to see the Rockstar gamertags.
Friday, October 30: 5 – 10 p.m. ET: Game with Developers session featuring members of the Rockstar North team.

Jordan Devore is Destructoid's PC gaming manager and founding ginger editor. He is said to be easy to love but difficult to know. When Samit inquired about his curious bio photo Jordan simply replied: "bitches love sandcastles" ... yet, there is no sandcastle in that photo. We may never truly understand his ways.

Meet the rest of the team
The game looks fantastic, but unfortunately the target demographic (18-24 males) is notoriously homophobic in the States. Including the word "gay" in the title is marketing suicide.
Ohhhhhh this is the guy on the floor when you rob the bank, and he shoots the jew with the diamond fettish. I knew my photographic memory was good for something!
Also, I have to respectfully disagree with you, Mr. Sagan. I don't think that GTA fans here in the USA are going to avoid this because it has "GAY" in the title. If anything, it will attract more of the fans that miss the old wacky tone of the old GTA games (because gays are hilarious).
If I meet anyone who isn't getting this game based on the fact that the word gay is in the title I will personally removal their genitals with a swift kick to the balls.
Now that Rockstar is selling this and The Lost and Damned on disc format without any needs to own GTA4, I will be definitely getting the Episodes package.
Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
Expect sales to be dismal.
