Quantcast

In a excessively large, 50,000 square ft warehouse in upstate New York, Vicarious Visions has developed over 100 titles in the past 10 years. They've trekked the hardware plains of all of our favorite consoles and hand-held devices. From skate boardings legends, to guitar heroes, Activision and Vicarious Visions are an unstoppable "fusion."

See what I did there. Alright, I promise, that won't happen again (for at least the next 10 minutes).

I highly recommend you watch my latest "On Assignment" feature if you've ever been curious to learn what makes a developer tick (it's simple, 25 cents sodas and a barbecue grill) when they're grinding down the hours to deliver a master gold disc. I also get special access to certain areas of their epic warehouse and some one-on-one time with the creative team behind their latest epic, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2.

You were over at VV and you didn't stop by RPI to say hi? I'm like right down the street from VV. =\

For real though, awesome video, all the people at VV are really cool cats, even if they are owned and operated by the evil Activision (just don't tell them what I said about the evil part).

Good stuff. I didn't really care about Ultimate Alliance after the first one felt like it should be on N64, but this kinda made me want to get it. Nice video Rey.

Nice to see the inside of Vicarious Visions. Always cool to see where the folks behind the games get their work done. Review of this game coming on Monday, too!

Haha I was just thinking that the second the dude started talking... why isn't there a mic in his face...

Still, awesome video. The game looks fun. I don't know if I would buy it myself but I would certainly play it with someone.

So basically Vicarious Visions = like best place to work ever. I really need to pick up MUA2 when I get the chance.
