Thank you for making Omega 5 so stunningly gorgeous. It's good to see developers still taking the shmup genre seriously, especially on a platform as accessible as the XBLA. We realize it's a bit of a risk developing a game that would be more at home on the consoles of a decade ago, and we applaud your ability to ignore trends and instead carve your own route into the great silicon wilderness.

Looks like a next-gen (sorry Will Wright Forgotten Worlds. Sadly, this is the only game that has me enticed to buy a 360 right now, though Senko No Ronde seems "neat".

BTW, did Castle Crashers ever get released on Live Arcade?

This looks sweet. I love shmups despite the fact I generally suck ass at them purely for the nostalgia kick I get when playing them. I'm already prepared to say goodbye to some more MS points already... sigh.

My pants are tight. There seems to be a lot of that in this thread. It must be en epidemic. Apparently exposure to this trailer causes swelling in the genitalia.

I still don't have a 360 (waiting for the "safe" 65nm set so I'm not wasting my money) but I'll be blowing a fuckton of cash on Arcade when I get it, and this just got thrown on the pile.

If only they would release these games on Windows so I didn't need the extra hardware...

Er, to clarify, you want lot #0734 or higher. Mine is is #0735 and was manufactured at the beginning of September, and any 360 manufactured after about August 25th is a Falcon.
