Okamiden news is starting to flow like wine ever since Famitsu announced its existence. We had a load of details this morning, and now a full magazine scan has appeared online, revealing main character Chibiterasu to the world. If you don't find that adorable, I hate you. Simple as that.
Up until now, we'd only gotten glimpses of the main character from some tiny little screenshots that only showed the back of Chibiterasu's body and very little else. I knew that the character was going to be cute, but I wasn't quite prepared for just how cute it actually is. I want it! An actual one! Can we breed dogs to make them look like that? Someone must!
This has cemented the fact that Okamiden will be one of the best DS games ever made. If you disagree, your life is hereby declared forfeit.

It is cute though, but I'm not sure it's cute enough to make me overcome my dislike of the first game...
The original is one of my favorite games and I don't need a change for the more gimmicky.
Also, I'm so glad they're announcing all this news at once, like one giant Okami-gasm. I was dying for screenshots and details, and BAM! there it is. I love you, Capcom.

Okami is my favorite game, but at the same time I LOVE this game existing, I don't want a DS game. It's the same deal with Wind Waker and Phantom Hourglass.
So glad this is getting a sequel. Sort of wish there was also a PS3/260 game coming, but oh well. The DS makes a lot of sense.
