Call of DutyOh, look! It's Sledgehammer's new Call of Duty photo

Technically, this isn't the first image of the new Call of Duty in development at Sledgehammer Games -- that distinction was wasted on this close-up shot. Let's forget about that one.

Here, via Game Informer ahead of its cover story on the game, we're seeing fire, lighting, and character models. Much more informative. I'm not sure what's going on with that helmet, but I dig it. Perhaps we'll be clued in once the reveal hits on Sunday at 10:00am Pacific.

Ubisoft is sending someone to Mt. Everest to play Far Cry 4

I want to play Far Cry 4 and, yeah, scaling a mountain like Everest would be a once-in-a-lifetime trip -- but playing Far Cry 4 *on* Mt. Everest? Not for me, sadly. That said, someone out there -- the one lucky person chosen...more
