Destructoid is gaming news, community, videos, and sometimes love. Take the tour or jump in with Facebook:

If you're following Assassin's Creed 2, then you'll want to watch this brand new video, which is the sixth in a developer diary series for Ubisoft's time-traveling, quasi-sci-fi murder-em-up. Assassin's Creed 2 is one of the brave games that chose not to hide away in 2010, choosing instead to stare Modern Warfare 2 in the face and fight for a place in the Holiday chart.

I can't say the first game really wowed me, but I admire Ubisoft for putting it out there and not turning tail like so many other games did. For that, you have to give the game credit. I hope it's far more exciting than the last one was, at any rate!

This does look pretty awesome, but I will have to wait to pick it up as MW2 will be getting all of my attention.

"MW2's Holiday",hmm. I thought normally Christmas is on Dec.25, a month and half from MW2's release? Surely people can afford more than one games in the Holiday that everyone seems so excited abouot?

Ouch, I guess my horrible spelling betrayed my non-nativeness (and heresy).

Also, I hope this developer diary is just a fad. Can you not interrupt the gameplay to show us your talking heads?

All they needed to fix for my taste was the tiny amount of missions they had. From what I've read, they have done just that. Unless something goes horribly wrong, this will probably be my favorite game of the year. And this is just packed with killer games. 10 more days for me to find out.

They should have put a "Remove hood" button, at least in the villa
