Rockstar has released the first official trailer for their upcoming Nintendo DS exclusive Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars and ... it's pretty awesome.
For one, it features the premiere of a collaboration between MF Doom and Ghostface Killah called "Like a Renegade." If you don't know how bad-ass that is, I'm not even going to explain it. But it is.
Second, what you can see of the game makes me giddy. What you see might not be much; maybe you're still not sold. I don't know if it's possible to understand the scope of Chinatown Wars until you've actually spent some time playing it. I have, and there's a preview coming tomorrow here on Destructoid. If you're not excited now, you will be. Stay tuned.
I was one of the few in my generation who went back and played the old GTA games, I love the top down view and the way they did it for this game look even better. I am pumped.

That's fucking incredible. And this game looks OK too. I was expecting it to be like one of those crappy GBA ports. It actually looks like it has some meat to it.

Anyway the trailer was kind of cool, but I would also like to see more gameplay, because I'm very interested in getting this.
I also hope the soundtrack is good and they release it somehow.

I think the latter. While I'm not too interested in it to be honest, the trailer did get me a little more excited.
expect the doom ghost album to surface the same time as the next duke nukem.
exactly, i need gameplay to make a decision on this game, not more artwork.
