Of course RZA's in DJ Hero 2 photo

This was a given considering RZA has a Twitter account and likes to talk, but today it's been confirmed that the producer-rapper will appear as an in-game character in the upcoming DJ Hero 2. He's the final character announced for the music game, which also features Deadmau5, David Guetta, DJ Qbert, and Tiesto.

The Wu-Tang founder mixed and produced two exclusive tracks for the title: LL Cool J's "I Can't Live Without My Radio" mixed with Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five's "The Message," and Damian Marley's "Welcome To Jamrock" mixed with Walter Murphy's "A Fifth of Beethoven." RZA is also quoted as saying some stuff in a press release Activision sent out today, and I urge you to read this in you head (or out loud) in RZA's voice.

"I'm very excited to be involved with DJ Hero 2. As both a DJ and gamer from an early age, the game combines two of my passions," he said. "I loved working with the team and am excited for the fans to hear the two brand-new mixes I put together just for this game. Bong bong!"

DJ Hero 2 is out on October 19; Activision recently revealed all of the tracks that will make the game disc, which tops 100 songs. Bong bong!

Is it weird that I originally read it as "Boing Boing"?

As much as I love me some Bobby Digital, I would adore some Liquid Swords action in this game.

I always wonder why rappers have that generic thug sounding voice. Did they suffer head trauma when they were young.

Bong bong indeed. I hope this game is rated E, because as we all know what the wise ODB once said "Wu Tang is for the children".

@KingSigy actually, RZA has a pretty distinctive voice/accent.

Well said, Classybot. Dirt McGirt was a true philosopher for our times.

@KingSigy that is the dumbest question/generalization ever. Are you actually implying that rappers have a 'gangsta' voice because they have some sort of brain damage?

That's like asking "Why does the lead singer of Creed have a generic Eddie Vedder sounding voice? Did he get molested by Eddie Vedder as kid?" .... Actually that makes sense, ignore that analogy.

Just saying, check yourself before you reck yourself.

I'm proud to say that I never jumped on to the Wu-Tang bandwagon. ODB was a scumbag and I'm happy he OD'ed

Just as the majority of people here think you're a douche and hope you get anally raped by your dad. Word is bond.

@KingSigy: You should save those kinds of questions for your livejournal account

@bunnymud: 3.3/10

For all of you who don't know, RZA does not have a "generic thug rapper" voice. Try holding your noise and being really angry yet calm/collected.

He is the dominant Islamic Asiatic black hebrew. The year 2010, the battle's filled with the Wu, six million devils just died from the Bubonic Flu.

Anybody a Gravediggaz fan?

Wow, can't believe people could be hating on RZA, quite possibly one of hip hop's true geniuses. Though I gotta agree with Everday Legend. I would love to see some Liquid Swords or hell, any of GZA's beats.

I love the GZA, Liquid Swords is fuckin incredible. But no Ghostface love? If you don't like Fishscale, then fuck you.

^^^ Fishscale is epically amazing!

I would definitely love to see some Gravediggaz mixed in there. 6 Feet Under and Liquid Swords has some of the darkest, creepiest beats in rap.

Dude, Fishscale? Not even Supreme Clientele? Ironman? Like, come on! Those run circles around it.

Can't agree that Liquid Swords is underrated, it's often hailed as one of the top 3 Wu-Tang releases, and deservedly so.

If we're going for underrated gems, why not Masta Killa's No Said Date?
