They do help disabled gamers even if they weren't originally designed to. With out it two friends of mine one with arthritis and the other with a deformed hand wouldn't be a able to play games.

im insensitive? how so? i never said anything negative towards the product and its uses. just the way it looks. and the fact its not listed as a handy-capable use accessory on their site. how would i know if thats how some people use it?
and what about all the people giving this product low review scores on amazon, because of ocean marketing. OM had nothing to do with the design or building of this product. so that means this company(n-control) is getting bad scores on a possibly excellent product. just because of this OM assclown and the people blasting the product because of him. the product could be amazing.

Expecting to pay less for a pre-order is the most asinine thing I have ever heard. You have clearly demonstrated to the company that you have zero elasticity in your demand for the product by being willing to buy it before it is even available. A company that would react to that by actually lowering the price would be foolish to do so. Besides that, CSR guy was a tool box.

basically it puts another switch in front of the shoulder triggers, so instead of pulling in you push out to activate xya or b. so you are still using those fingers. it makes it so you can do more in less time. not do more with less movement.

what i didnt notice till now, i thought it just held the accessory on the controller, is the straps on the back actually activate the shoulder buttons. after watching a video of someone use this thing. it almost seems like it would be harder for someone with issue to use it. even with my working hands i dont think i could use this thing.

@fetusmilk The thumbs can control the shoulder buttons, so you dont need to use your middle or index finger. Please tell me you see the use in that, because you have to be aware that some handicapped people lack their middle/index fingers, or maybe the ability to control them.
@fetusmilk who cares about the kind of controller the kid bought, the part that upset him was the fact the he received little to no information about it after placing the order. When he started emailing OM he was met with horrible customer service, honestly I'd just want to have my order as soon as possible and then never buy from then again.

@dtomek Guy got forwarded to the PR douche automatically, from what I can tell. There's at least one other incidence of this happening. I imagine the company that actually makes the controllers is already shopping for a new PR outfit as we type.

I'd say you guys should try and get one of these controllers to review, but it probably wouldn't get in until 2013.
