I'm finding it difficult to believe that Ocean is even a real company and this isn't all some elaborate joke. Their website looks like some pos default cms skin with a couple stock photos, their Twitter account picture is some random sunburned dude at a party with red eye and a knee? in front of them, the background on their Twitter (of a beach) is from "twitterbackgrounds.com," and most of their past tweets prior to this debacle appear to be random Twitter spam (the kind you see from bots). So this might just be the shittiest "PR company" in existence, or everyone is being massively trolled.
It's amazing to see this guy committing career suicide as the mails progress. Like a guy tearing his own limbs one by one while gloating increasingly loudly about it.

also. who bitches and moans to the company if a delivery cant make it out on time. especially if it comes from china?
ive had packages get delayed from storms etc. or ones that said 1-5 days for delivery. but then got pushed back a week or so. not once would i think about contacting the company and crying that im not getting my stuff in time for xmas. i would either cancel the order and get it somewhere else. or like the guy said. put my big boy hat on and just wait for it.

This whole thing seems bogus. As part of my job, I email people all day. Some of these people are FUCKING IDIOTS. Despite that, they are able to at least construct complete sentences and run the spell check. I mean, if you're using Outlook, all your errors will be underlined, and I dare you to ignore those niggling squiggly lines.
