The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D opened an official site recently, and while it doesn't have much to say for itself, there is a really sweet piece of artwork that has been presented in full by the chaps at Zelda Power. Check it out in the gallery, and make sure to play with the "3D" version on the teaser page.
In addition, Nintendo recently released the box art for the game, and it looks pretty damn classy. I'm going to cross my fingers and hope for a proper shiny gold box, or one of those lenticular deals. That would look nice on my shelf.
Yes, I know it's sad that one of the most exciting 3DS games is a rehash of an N64 game, but ... whatever. I'm looking forward to it nonetheless.

Seriously. They said expect it in the beginning of 2011. We're past that point now and with no release date. At least tell us what the fuck is going on with it. I want to play the game that I haven't already played a dozen times already.
But I'd much rather have a remade Ocarina than another original title like Spirit Tracks & Phourglass- which were in my opinion, the weakest Zelda titles yet.

More on topic. Yes it's a remake. But it's portable now and in 3D. It also helps that it's one of the greatest games ever. How can anyone not be excited. Well I suppose if you've beaten many times I can see your point.

Wanting this game is tough. It's an epic game with tons of great content to back it up. I'm really more of a Soul Reaver fan when it comes to platforming and action/adventure titles but this rocks just as much in my book. It's not going to make me run out and get the 3ds just yet, but it's going to make it harder to wait once it's out.

You don't know Nintendo very well, do you? Do you remember how long Twilight Princess was put on hold? Five years, if I remember correctly. That's about how long I had it reserved for.
I'm betting that Nintendo is holding back Skyward Sword for their new console (a few sources have reported that they will reveal a new console at E3 and schedule it for a late 2012 release).
I agree it would be great if Nintendo released a limited/pack edition with extra goodies or just some goodies related to Zelda at all, given that is one of the best Zelda games getting a port and the most anticipated 3DS game as of yet.
