Don't get me wrong: I've been following Noby Noby Boy for some time now. It's just that none of the prior knowledge I've collected on this game helps me understand this trailer. There is gyration; a dull, throbbing noise; pulsating phallic things with two heads; and cars made out of 10 polygons. What the hell is going on here?
We've seen plenty of screenshots, but this video is new. It's different from the Tokyo Game Show video we saw last year. Keita Takahashi (Katamari Damacy's creator) has created something so weird that it looks like we'll have to play it to get what is going on. Half of me is looking forward to next week's global launch on the PlayStation Network, while the other half is scared and confused.
