No More Heroes: Hero's Paradise gets site, erotic teaser photo

No More Heroes: Hero's Paradise is coming to Xbox 360 and PS3 and we're pretty damn pleased about that. To herald the arrival of Suda 51's barmy action game on HD consoles, a new teaser site has launched, teasing the "erotic portrait" bonus item that will be given away as a preorder bonus.

Each version of the game will have its own unique erotic portrait. The PS3 version gets the "Sexy Cherry Flavor" seen on the left in our header. The 360 version gets the "Sweet Mango" flavor. It's also worth noting that, in Japan, the PS3 version of the game will be censored to reduce blood and gore, very much like the Japanese Wii game. The 360 version will go unedited.

Oh, and the site has a video of a wrestler on it!

Aw, is this gonna become a sex thing? God dammit.

Also, mango > cherry. Suck it PS3 owners.

PS3 version is pink. That proves that it is inferior in some way. Yeah!
All I'm waiting for now is the reasoning behind the ports is to be 'more polygons and proper physics for the breasts'.

That said, I can't fucking wait. :)

Pro-Tip:
Pussy is also pink. Hardly an inferior item there. This comes from a 360 owner and married man. :p

@Xzyliac
It's Japanese, which means that it's always about a sex thing.

Also, I really want to be excited about this... but I played this game on the Wii... what, only 2 years ago? It better have a lot more going for it than being sexed up in hi-res. I'd rather play NMH2, which improved on all the annoyances of the first game.

NMH where it belongs ;) I never got far in the Wii version due to waggle annoyances(I was shaking the damn wiimote every other second, it got tiring), but I really liked the game itself.

Slight correction: It's the 360 that's got the edited version. The game was intended to be bloodless, but in the US blood was added to appeal more to American audiences.

Than you must have been playing a very different game since the only time you had to shake the remote was when you had to restore power to your blade. Other than that and the killing blows whic only required you to move the remote in one direction most of the game relied on you using regular controls.

@ninjikiran- Oh god, it's already begun.

The gamers who claim NMH was on, "the wrong console" and now get bragging rights to saying they got to play NMH...years after its original release.

More aroused by the idea of No More Heroes on the Xbox than either picture.

This was the first game I bought for my Wii, and also the first game I returned. It was creative and at times funny, sure, but most of the side quests (mowing the fucking lawn and collecting fucking coconuts? Are you serious?) were so tedious and dull that they really did ruin the game for me.

I did dig the whack-off motion to recharge the sword, though. I giggled a little every time.

I still think NMH is best when used with motion controls.

Definitely going to try and import this if it comes with even just English subs in Japan. The censoring doesn't really bother me, as Europe got the censored Japanese version of the game in the first place, so it'll be just like playing a Hi-Def version of the original, minus motion controls.

Proves that the 360 is for dirty gaijins, even in Japan. Bad Girl > Holly Summers

Cause I so want it.
One of the few games that I wanted on the Wii.

Play at your own risk. This was a killer app for motion controls specifically.

Though i accept the fact it looks better, crisper, cleaner, i can't help feel some of the charm has left it. That said, i am love the original, and will probably play it tonight.

360 version is better because of no censor but I still love the Sexy Cherry Flavor, the chick on that Mango Flavor aren't my type.

Actually, the game was intended to be bloody as hell from the get go, but releasing it like that would have immediately got it the highest age rating in Japan. So it was censored in their own country.
