No More Heroes 2 looks so f'n hot: Screens, trailer photo

A couple of days ago we pointed you to some No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle scans from Famitsu, and now they have some new screenshots online. In the screens in our gallery below, you'll see that Travis has two swords. Famitsu also says that he has a new dash attack move and and some kind of wrestling finisher move. Sylvia is still hot, and the crazy-looking Nathan Copland and his boom box arms still look something that could only come out of Japan.

"This isn't a battle anymore, says Travis in the trailer, "It's a motherf*cking war!" This trailer is over the top and includes masked wrestlers, crotch shots, afro babes, blushing girls, and explosions. The game play looks tighter and the graphics look much better than the last game. This looks like everything I've hoped for in a sequel. Rock the f*ck on, Suda 51.

What do you think of these screens and footage?

For all of you worried, yes, this game will have just as much blood as before. They just can't really show it off in nationally-released promotional trailers due to ESRB guidelines. It's one of those retarded rules, like how they can't point a gun directly at the camera in movie trailers and posters.

No More Heroes was one of the few games that made me consider getting a Wii, a couple minutes before i totally discarded the idea.

PS: Vamos falar portuguese agora?

Sooo good. Voice acting seems to have been improved...Which I didn't think was possible. I really loved the delayed effect of the beam katana in the first game (the stuttering after image, as opposed to the flowing light following it) But this looks good too, if not a little more generic.

Still, that small gripe in no way effects my excitement for the game. Hope the blood is still around. Bosses seem to be awesome! Love this game, so glad we're getting a sequel.

I enjoyed the first NMH though I could use less BS side missions. Here is hoping there is more hack and slash!

Anyone notice the cut lines that appear of the enemies with every hit? Methinks there'll be a bit of epic dissecting, even moreso than the first.

GOTY 2010, no doubt. Fuck FFXIII.

Considering that the first opponent is 50th, they might be getting rid of the open world after all. I just hope the brawling is less repetitive. NMH1 ended at the right time because it knew how far the brawling could go.

Greatest ending scene to a trailer ever.

This is my most anticipated game. No More Heroes 1 is my favorite game of all time so I am waiting with baited breath for this one to come out.

NMH was a massive disappointment: mind-rapingly dull jobs; a massive, empty overworld with nothing to do; a bike with virtually no collision detection, and a map designed by a cretin let loose with a bunch of crayons. A real shame, the basic hack-n-slash parts were fun, if not a little repetitive.

I fucking loved the first one, but the loss of blood is going to suck, if that's the case. Still, they may just be showing Japanese video with english dubs and audio, since the game's probably not done yet and is therefore most likely not localized...
