No More Heroes 2 confirmed for January 2010 release photo

Yesterday, we told you about a contest Ubisoft is holding (see here) for the release of No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle where you can try your hand at designing a t shirt and have your entry judged by the legendary Suda 51. Not too shabby, right? However, there was another important piece of news announced too that I think some of you may be very interested to hear: the game's release date has been confirmed as January 2010. Not so far away!

That leaves us exactly four months to wait (give or take a week or two). In the meantime, keep yourself busy by watching the trailer again. Is this sh*t looking hot to you or what?

@ JerinsFury: Then you're gonna get your wish, because Suda said he wants to take the NMH series onto a console different from the Wii. As long as it touches PS3 I'm happy.

hope they skipped some of the overworld parts this time. I loved some parts of the first game, but the overworld and money system was a pain in the ass.

How exactly would this being in HD make it a better game? Not talking to you guys being sarcastic but I don't see how a higher definition is going to improve the game at all.

That's just the pre-recorded, anti-Wii troll call. You just didn't see the "Portions of this ridiculous complaint were recorded live in front of a basement wall" disclaimer at the end in really, really small letters.

Besides, you should know by now that the D-Toid anti-Wii motto is "Graphics > Gameplay".
